Goal - To fill the jar up with little rocks. When it is full, he'll get a special prize (still thinking of what that is)How to - If Mason does something we ask the first time he gets a few rocks. If we have to ask him 2 times he doesn't get any. If we have to ask him 3 or more times, rocks are taken out.

That is a good idea! I am on that...mostly just for cleaning up their toys.
We do the same thing for Taylor with marbles. When she fills it up, she gets to draw a piece of aper out of another juar that has something fun on it...like ice cream with mom, new toy, new dvd. She loves it annd it has worked well for us!! Good luck!!
